About

I am an artist and PhD researcher at the Digital Mental Health Group at the University of Cambridge and the founder of Kindred, a non-profit creating digital mental health resources for young people.

My work focuses on the research applications of large language models (LLMs), social media interventions, and safe technology design. As a design researcher, I have developed a range of digital tools—including Kindred’s Mental Health Toolkit—which have been adopted by leading research institutions. My interaction design work has been published at major HCI conferences and explores innovative, user-centred approaches to digital wellbeing.

As an artist, my practice spans writing, photography, and mixed-media work. Through these projects, I explore the intersections of technology, human experience, and material experimentation.
